Lucky Buck

Lucky Buck is one of the newer properties in the PMR portfolio, purpose-built for a group that wants all three floors working together: an entertainment level at the base with a custom bar and Arcade Legends 3, a main level with an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace and a kitchen stocked for 22, and sleeping quarters spread across the upper two floors. Lucky Buck sleeps 22 across seven bedrooms and five bathrooms in Lake Harmony Estates. It is one of the few PMR properties that is dog-friendly, with space for up to two dogs with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

The Heart of the Home

The ground floor is the entertainment engine. A custom bar anchors the space, with a full-size pool table, Arcade Legends 3 arcade, and two Smart TVs with Hulu Live TV for game days. Sliders open to the covered hot tub and backyard. Two queen bedrooms on this floor work well for guests who prefer ground-level access.

One floor up, the open-concept main level is where the group gathers for meals. The modern chef's kitchen has two refrigerators, two dishwashers, smooth cooktop, and counter space sized for a real group cook. The great room has an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace and Smart TV. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck with the Weber gas grill and outdoor seating for the evenings the group eats outside.

Outdoor Living

The wrap-around deck off the main level has the Weber gas grill, outdoor dining, and views of the wooded lot. The covered hot tub is off the entertainment level sliders at ground level. The fire pit anchors the backyard. Yeti Watersports is 0.4 miles from the front door; the lake is accessible without much of a drive regardless of season.

A Perfect Day Around Lake Harmony

From Lucky Buck, the lake and the slopes are within a few minutes of the door:

• Get on the water: Yeti Watersports is a 2-minute drive (0.4 miles); pontoon boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards by the hour. Easy access for the whole group regardless of age.
• Indoor backup plan: H2OOooh! Indoor Waterpark is a 4-minute drive (1.3 miles); open year-round, the reliable fallback for rainy days and cold weekends.
• Ski or snowboard: Big Boulder Ski Resort is a 7-minute drive (2.6 miles); ski, snowboard, or snow tube, close enough for a half-day that leaves the afternoon free.
• More mountain options: Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 20 minutes (12.2 miles); bigger vertical and more terrain variety when the group wants a full day on the mountain.
• Easy nature for all ages: Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is 13 minutes (6.8 miles); flat creek-side trails accessible for every fitness level in a multi-gen group.
• The Boulder Field: Hickory Run State Park is about 22 minutes (11.3 miles); the Boulder Field National Natural Landmark is one of the more memorable natural stops in the Poconos.
• Whitewater: Pocono Whitewater Adventures is about 20 minutes (10.6 miles); half-day rafting on the Lehigh River for groups who want a structured outdoor activity.
• Track day: Pocono Raceway is 13 minutes (6.8 miles); driving experiences and events year-round.
